I linked it straight from dA so I'm sorry if it's a tad big but after resting on it for a day or 2 I just ended up cleaning the remaining lines fixed up some tonal issues and just called it a day.

This particular one was just to help the client visualize the pool we are designing there.
Working on the following for a client I'm doing an install for. We went shopping for plants and I like to give them a super quick sketch based on what they chose so they feel happy with what they are getting and write me a good review lol
Plus I can justify my higher prices if I spend a little more time hand holding. Its all about the experience now a days.

that makes a lot of sense about the hand holding. I mean it shows you are putting in the extra effort
to make sure you are giving them not only the best work but also the best quality experience.
They will always remember that too.

She's fairly popular now, but not sure if you're familiar with the work of Tara McPherson. If not, have a look in your spare time (see espec. Art Prints > Serigraphs on left):

Like a lot of Aries artists I like, she does really clean work, elegant composition, doesn't get overly bogged down in details, and uses some really bold/bright colors. This piece, and the one you did with the hands, reminds me of her work a lot.

Wow your work is an absolute blast to look at! Loving how either physically or facially expressive they all are and how the movements and composition are punchy and fluid with lotsa details where it matters. They are amazing.
