Started having sex young
Became too fond of it but never slept around as i wanted commitment. Never felt satisfied

to me that sounds like my experience.
After researching and learning about eastern tantra I think it wasn't just about the sex itself. Rather a way to each a state that is hard to do on our own. During sex In that state your mind goes blank and you just feel. Immersed in each other removing our own filter and boundaries in the process. A form of meditation using sex.
Just found a state and kept myself there without releasing. Moved the energy elsewhere throughout my body to keep it from building up too much. I can do the same thing solo now. Nor do I need to finish and still feel satisfied. Actually had partners be offended by this.
You can reach this state solo and channel that sexual energy without releasing it. Kind like cleaning the whole house out of anger because it's dirty. Emotions are energy everything can be boiled down to energy. Even fear is a form of energy we use to run from something scary.

I have them sometimes, but not very often. Maybe once a year if that. My sex drive has gone way down though. I don’t desire it as much as I used to. Now it’s become like a chore to me. I have even less of a desire to masturbate. I may do it once every six months and even that seems like a lot.
