Sometimes I drink maybe 4 litres of it a day.
Yeah but it keeps me going. Though I do need to detox sometimes.
It does give me the shits sometimes I must say. That's the downside of it. Apparently it's the aspartame (apparently all artificial sweeteners can do this). 😢
soda is nasty..
I don't get how people don't like water..
so spoilt.
I mean your whole body is water lmfao
I am getting really burned out from this stuff: I think I will have to detox. Actually you can get caffeine-free Diet Coke so I guess I will try that.
I don't normally like mineral water but years ago there used to be a brand that I did like and used to drink on a regular basis: unfortunately though it was discontinued. The only other thing I drink much of is sterilised skimmed milk but that has calories. And the tap water here tends to smell and taste of chlorine.
You're kidding, right? You downplay milk because of calories, but drink diet shit like water because it has no calories?
TEA has zero calories and does better for you than diet sodas. Like mentioned above, diet drinks, despite their "zero calorie" claims will make you just as fat.
Whatever floats your boat, dude. Just... the logic used here makes my brain melt. :/
You keep drinking up to 4 liters a day of this junk, you're going to kill yourself. Just sayin'. Start breaking that soft drink habit hard.

Any other Diet-Coke addicts on here? Actually I have now changed to Pepsi-Max but will take Diet-Pepsi or Diet-Coke if Pepsi-Max is not available. I don't usually drink tea or coffee or alcohol or fruit juice but mainly this stuff.
