I love those American breakfasts: over here in England most people just seem to have cornflakes or something or even nothing at all. In fact doctors say that ideally breakfast should not be the smallest but the LARGEST meal of the day (lunch medium-sized and supper small) but most people have it the other way around.

bagels and lox. the way bf makes 'em. not sure what he does, but he seems to know the right amount of everything.

Looking at these images reminds me that the first time I was in America I gained 14 pounds in 2 weeks (one pound per day): shame on me! (I don't think they had Diet-Coke in those days!) 😢
