2nd week into my cake making course and it's hard. I fucked up everything. The triangle thingys that squirt the stuff out. Couldn't even make those triangle thingys. Doing the colour dye was tough, the hand techniques + hard manual labor in getting the stuff the right consistency. Rolling as well. The icing.
