Any advice?

Hi guys!

How long or what does it normally take for Gemini man to make a decision if he's truly interested in a girl?

And are there any obvious signs he has made up his mind?

I know this sounds stupid.. still, I met this Gem co-worker at my new job, but I just can't crack his code.. yet. 😄 I've read about this intense eye contact, joking around etc, and it's there, he also reached out on FB, but I'd still love to hear about some more reliable signs! 😄

Gems are charming and social by nature. What you perceive as flirtation and romantic interest may just be him being friendly.
