Do introvert Gemini exist ?

Just started wondering if there can be any introvert people among such a social sign? What would they be like?

So I take it you are extrovert on other occasions? Would this be a normal part of the twins dual nature?

Great to hear all your comments! I ask because I'm trying to figure out a people puzzle that still puzzles me (a man of course.. lol). In my contact with him I always assumed that he would be an extrovert, but hearing your comments I think maybe he wasn't, which would actually make a lot more sense.

But I have also always liked being around Gemini. The Gemini I know from before have been the ones that are interested in being where the action is, but they too seem to have this other part of them where they get introspective. I am a bit intrigued about this side which is less obvious.

Geminicandlelight and Geminiintheworld: I am a Leo moon too, but I never quite figured out how that part works. Any more thoughts on what we are like? : )

I also have this feeling that they are brilliant. And laid-back at the same time, like Thebiggcarlos says, chilling and enjoying the good life.
What would make an introvert Gemini feel more comfortable? Is it enough to let you go off and have a break when you need alone time?

Thebiggcarlos: Thank you for the description of Leo moon, it explains quite a bit. I do like being noticed, but in public I would most times rather observe than take center stage. And I certainly hate being ignored or being left out of the loop.. lol.

I'm def an introvert at times, I will cut everyone off just for some quiet time and space. There are alot of times I won't answer the phone, text, door, coworkers? I can just sit back and observe and not say a word, makes people around me go crazy because they crave my energy and outgoing nature 🙂 🙂

Actually I do know exactly what you mean, Nycitycops, I have this relationship with a friend of mine. She is an extrovert, but maybe the introvert Gemini basically want the same things from people around them. Or?

Throwing in some introvert time in all the extroversion certainly is a very, very effective way of making people think more of you. Arrgh.. : )

I am an ambivert which means I'm both an introvert and extrovert. I think that darn Cancer rising I have contributes to the introverted part of me. I'm basically a loner. At the same time I can be the life of the party (that moon in Libra); always making people laugh and people love to hang out with me--when I'm game of course. I also have quite a bit of water and earth in my charts which makes it quite interesting for me at times. The Gemini in me is quite strong at times I talk too much, can be overly aggressive and just crazy. The water and earth quiets me; makes me introspective--calms me down.

So the introvert side in you seems to be a part that a lot of you cherish?
I'm asking because I have both sides too, but I never really saw the introvert side of me as an asset. I believe I have to re-think its usefulness in my own life.

lol! it's easy and only 3 simple rules.
1. walk away. don't get involved with someone else's drama.
2. don't start drama and you won't have drama.
3. and most importantly, respect others/yourself. even if others aren't respecting you.

from experience, be a good listener for starters. which includes really trying to understand what they're saying, not just being silent and formulating what you're gonna say next when they're done.

and also letting them be themselves completely. they like friendly people, who let them be themselves, and they like people who are just as insane as they are. this is what a gemini said to me lol.

Yes I do quite like being ambiverted. And since I'm ever positive I choose to embrace the introverted part of me vice fight it. Nothing like fighting yourself--you NEVER win. During my introverted time I think about things and just enjoy the calm. Because when the extroverted side wants to play I typically wear myself out. So let's just say I need to recharge every now and then. Sounds crazy huh! Ambiversion is something my friends always deny about me--they say there's nothing introverted about me. At the same time they're always asking, "where have you been hiding?"

Everyone thinks "Gemini" extroverted. Well, yes--but look at the rest of your chart...especially the ascendent...

^^^ I'm a May Gemini; right at the beginning 22 May! I do believe I'm a cusper (even if folks say cusps don't exist) because I do have Taurean qualities about me which may contribute to the introversion as well. I am quite stubborn as well--I like to say I'm quite sure with what I want and I've done all the analyzing (Gemini does this well) and questioning I need to do. Therefore any decision I've made will be a good one because it's well thought out! I do agree with you that May Geminis are quite different from June Gems. We tend to be a bit more aggressive and may appear rather distant than our more softer June Gem sisters/brothers.

Question for you nycitycops (my sister is a Sag and she's hilarious; she and I have alot of fun together but I think she may be ambiverted as well. She loves being alone as I do. I need to do her chart to see what her rising/moon is as well.) Anyhoo, how do you feel about having Cancer as your rising? And you said you have moon in Libra as well. Libra mooners love companionship--do you feel the need to always be a part of a couple even while embracing the fact that you like to be alone? You have social anxiety? I don't share that with you--I just don't like people much...lol!

lol! yea, i can relate to the cancer part, too... moon, merc and mars in cancer... teamed up with my gem sun and venus and my leo rising.... i have the want to break free from the introversion, but the cancer seems to hold it back. altho, working on a better balance is dificult, i am starting to come out of my shell... a lil bit at a time. lol!

Wise words, not to fight who you are. And actually ambiversion or introversion does sound pretty useful after reading all your posts here. I absolutely see the benefits of calmness and quiet reflection, I do it quite often too, and I think that is how other people generally see me, at least at first. Maybe it's my Leo moon that hates being ignored that has a difficult time coping with the introversion.. lol..actually I have no idea, I'm only just learning about the other aspects of my chart.

I don't know what you mean by your question about the Sag ascendent and Leo moon--I didn't mention anything about those... Can you clarify?

You're an Aqua with a Sag rising and a Leo moon, wow! Doesn't seem that you'd be introverted at all. However Aqua's are quite enccentric so maybe that's where your introversion comes from. I like my sign/rising (most times)/moon but if I had to have other choices yours would be great! Air and fire! What's the rest of your chart look like?

Gemstar: Sorry, I got lost into trying to figure out my own chart there for a while and misunderstood your earlier comment. I like the sound of wow though(lol).. I've pretty much always identified myself as an aqua and I'm not sure which of the other placements are important. But I have a little bit from all elements represented in the rest of my chart.

Cancer rising/Libra Moon

Yes, plus I am an only child. Introvert with extovert tendencies when things get stagnant. Oh boy!
