My Virgo assistant went traveling with her boyfriend... (who she just cheated on :O)

I've hired a Gem Sun/Moon male. So far so good he's super sensitive, like he tears up when talking about a book that's moved him. Very good with people but you can tell it's a face he puts on, he's actually an introvert.

Never worked with a Gemini before that I know of, what should I expect regarding work ethic?

After I did his chart, I told him don't be late and don't call in sick.

😆 I didn't fire her she took an extended leave to go travelling. Great worker, I'd have her back and I saw the cheating coming. I do feel bad for her boyfriend though. I did their synastry awhile back it's all trines and sextiles, too easy.

I'd suggest switching up his duties so he's not doing the same thing every day...or even for several hours in a row. Give him lots of chances to exercise his mind and give you input. Boredom is what will make a Gem move on to another job.

So I've realized my still semi-new assistant likes it when I'm harsh with him and boss him around. Today, I was reprimanding him about something and we was looking sad and weepy. I told him that I wouldn't make him cry, unless he wanted me to.

He responds he likes crying so it's up to me. He doesn't mind.

Wow OP u know how to put your astro knowledge to good use. So far is it credible? The biggest issue with gemini energy is its too vibrant & playful, can initiate things but cant follow through it usually. Thats why mostly they have accountability problems. I have gemini moon myself & i know those weakness. The most imporant thing you should remind him is emotions is a gem greatest strength but also their greatest weakness. Only let the good side show & restrict the negative side. If he can master it, gemini energy is very powerful. I read that there 2 types of gemini, one with serious emotions, the other with playful ones.

My soon & moon is opposite of yours. You relate more to aqua or gem? I felt that i am mostly a gem because emotions are part & parcel of a human.

I relate myself half and half of Aqua & Gem. Gives full credit to the Aquas for my humanitarian side but I blame my Gemini for my fickle. The thought of me being a free spirited urban hippy is I think is a part of Aqua. A loner with a large circle of friends.

Me too but due to my aqua sun i spent much time alone "detached" or reflecting but when i am alone, the emotional side of gemini kinda takes over & my aqua side tries to rationalize my emotions. Furthermore i had pluto energy that always find faults with my playful emotions & try to rework me many times to be a superman. Hmm pretty crazy combi but i am starting to master my gem side, it really brings people courage because when it comes to initiating or starting a business they have more guts than other signs who consider things too much or chicken out. Its just that passion needs constant stimulation & gets burned out easily. I feel that Gem can switch their mood very fast too, one moment they are happy the next they are upset its really too overwhelming. So i am trying to restrict the negative side.

I know sometimes its quite frustrating about the mixed emotion thing but i think you can combat that because you know well about yourself. Spending much time alone is on our blood, we need our own times to rejuvenate, to reboot our minds but staying longer than the desired period brings negative energy, we constantly needs to share our thoughts. I fight it off just by doing strenuous swimming exercise that will worn you out. Water treatment i find it good for the mind and body. We always try to pull back ourselves in expressing our own emotions, I think we 'll come out and show more of ourselves to those who are on our wavelength. That's hard to find though

We are very much capable. A lot of times moreso than others, of course it depends on the line of work.

I agree. I think others spend more time judging than they do taking the time to get to know us.

all air signs are loners say what yall want. and gemguyaz34 hit it dead on. people do spend more time judging us than take the time to know us. this is why i let people continue to think i'm a bad guy if that's how they want to judge me.

Interesting i thought Gemini & Libra are heavy social creatures & only aqua prefers bring alone. I find gem folks absolutely gorgeous people. When i speak to one, their eyes are always sparkling with this vibrant energy, it just sucks people in instantly 🙂

Using astrology is how I bridge communication. If I want someone to hear me, I have to put it in a language they understand and I adjust to how they need me to listen. Boy o boy does this guy need to "share" his thoughts but I only have so much time in a day. He's a writer so you'd think he'd use emails.

I give this Gemini instruction, he's all enthusiastic... for about 10 minutes. Then he flits away and forgets again. I try giving him possible solutions to remembering but it doesn't stick because maybe he hasn't worked out a productivity system for himself? Now I add a bit of bitch and he responds.

Told him he can't come into a job that pays as much as I do without a skill set and I'm still waiting to see it. He gasped.
