Gemini's This cancer girl needs your advise!

Hi guys,
Wasn't sure which board to put this in ~ Cancer or Gemini ~ but you guys won!

Here is the deal; I'm a cancer female and had some bad experiences with gemini in the past ( several gemini bosses all bad experiences). I just started seeing a guy that I am REALLY into but he is Gemini and I am scared 😉 I know my biggest problem as a cancer is to come off to needy ~ fall to fast etc. What other things should I watch?? Is there any chance of this working?? I'm falling pretty hard dang it you fun gemini's!!!

what do you mean watch for? from your side or his? of course any relationship can work and sun signs are not enough to determine if this going to work or not you have to do a compatibility birth chart to see if you click or not i know a couple a gemini man married to a cancer woman for years now and they have 4 kids togheter but he is a womanizer
why are you scared did he do something that got you to feel that way?
so if you have a lot of water in your chart and he has a lot of air aspects i don't think it would work except if he has some water or earth aspects in his chart or you have some fire or air in yours

I'm a bit scared because I haven't had much luck with gemini's in the past ~ but I was much younger! The problem I had in the past (these were bosses or co-workers) was them just turning into a totally different person on a dime ~ and be in a weird funk for like days(for lack of better word). Then after days or weeks of worrying what the heck was wrong - they would just show up one day perfectly back to the 'old' them. As a cancer, it is hard not to take it personal - ya know. Is this normal?

He hasn't done ANYTHING at all - he seems like a good match so far. He is very attentive, texts or calls often. He is 1 1/2 away and drives here nearly every weekend. Maybe knowing a bit more would help me understand. I have matured a lot since my previous experiences and they were never relationships.

i understand what you're saying this is a normal thing for geminis since we are the sign of the twins, so we come off as moody people, one minute we are all over you, and then out of nowhere in a funk mood, but we snap out of it and get back to normal, this mood swings sometimes just happen( remebering something sad,unpleasant, having something going on that we are trying to figure out ...etc), don't take it personally though and i know that it's hard for you, in those times the only thing you can do is to give him some space and be understanding and patient, because when i'm in this kind of mood i just want to be left alone, when people talk to me or get close i just get angrier and lash out.
so i take it you are still in the first stages of your relatonship, so my advice to you is that geminis like you to speak your mind,since we rule communication so we love to talk,give him space and don't try to pin him down ( don't be clingy),be lively,keep it interesting for him to come back for more, unprebictable,be funny ,we don't like routine so variety is the spice of life, don't be dull or gloomy or boring, maybe this will help you out

This is seriously how I thought 'before'. I would hear gemini and run - RUN!
But I am fun and funny and light and fluffy and he works with me - it is fun! I'm not as clingy as I once was, I'm in my mid-30's have a daughter and a business - I'm not looking to super 'cling' - but I do think about the future.

Is it that bad— I know it is - I know - but I don't think I can just walk away.

right now there is no problem - he has even told me several times that he is really 'into' me - and I NEVER intate this talk (which is hard for me 😉 Generally do Gemini's shoot straight?? like if he says it - he means it??

anyone can lie.... doesn't matter your sign. but, i agree with the other placements will be of help. i'm also a firm believer that any combo will work, if both parties are willing to work for it and comprimise with each other. above all of that, you just need to be you! if he can't handle you, or you can't handle him, then it wasn't meant to be... you don't want to sacrifice your integrity and lose yourself. that just causes resentment after you've changed yourself willingly for him.

No I hear you ~ I just know to 'watch' certain things - that are probably un-attractive to anyone really. It is just weird because we really just seem to click!! I honestly feel like I am way more myself with him then with anyone who I have dated recently!

I need to find out the other placements! How do I do that with me - I knew it at one time.

then you should enjoy the relationship instead of worrying. i know, it's earier said than done... you can go to cafeastrology or astro. you will need birth date, birth time and birth place. 🙂

Ya, and just don't take it personal - right?? This hasn't happened yet ~ but I know it will! Maybe it helps that he lives 2 hours away —?

Look, he's GOING TO have a variety of personalities that come and go more or less at random and he's GOING TO be moody when life circumstances aren't exactly what he would wish. If you can't handle that, then a Gem is not for you. There's nothing wrong with not being able to handle it, either.

I don't get involved with them, love Cancers as friends, especially the females, I have always had good luck with Cancer females as friends.

He may be fun right now cus it's new, wait till he gets serious about you, thats when shit changes....
