I saw my ex?

I saw my ex boyfriend (Pisces), I've been on no contact with him for a few months now. He dumped me because "I party too much" so he says. I'm a Gemini, I have fun. Anyway, I saw him briefly at the store. Didn't say anything, no wave, smile, nothing. When I saw him, he looked terrible. He's gained a lot of weight. He was a big guy 6'1 230 lbs, now he kinda looks like the Stay puff marshmallow man. After a few days he messaged me on Facebook. I ignored it and he messaged again. He wanted to see how I've been. I told him the truth, I was great. No distractions from guys, I'm focusing on my life and career. But I had to stop talking to him because I was busy. He still tried small talk but nothing deep. Since then he's been silent, about a week and a half. Do you think he realized I don't need him anymore? And why does he look like crap? He's the one who dumped me... :-)

I am a Pisces female.I was in a relationship with an aries guy for 3 years and we broke up 2 years ago.I was the one who initiated it.My ex used to roam around,party a lot,meet new people as well.But I brokeup because he suddenly fell for this virgo woman when we got long distant. Sometimes,we do it imagining the possibilities of rough future with several conflicts and not just because we've fallen out of love for you. I still loved him when I decided to breakup. My heart didn't want to but I did it anyway because my brain told me that our difference in ideologies wouldn't let us have a happy relation together anyway and I am happy with my decision.
However,I would still be keen to know what he was up to. And I must say,that I would kinda get those "He looks even better now..Wish we were together.He wasn't that bad after all." vibes. I did have the urge to contact him a few times but obviously I didn't. Not out of ego but out of self respect.
We like to think happy things.It's possible that your ex must have gotten nostalgic on seeing you and we initially just recall the goodie goodie stuff.Then out of no where,the brutal reality hits us hard and we again get determined to get to our path of moving on.

No he probably misses you/depressed/generally feeling terrible.

I think i know the basis for every argument you had with him. aand unless he is desperate, i dont think either want that bs again. pisces always try and go back to their exes if there was a strong emotional bond and if they think there is a chance at all. they want that door kept open

I love Pisces people, I don't get the point of your post. Maybe he was just being nice, I mean there was a reason you two dated. I have found that a lot of Pisces men stay friends or like to keep up with their ex. NO big deal, I wouldn't put much thought into it. If I saw my ex, I would probably shoot them a message to say hi, depending on how we broke up.

I'm a Gemini, I like to have fun but I am not a partier. Seems like a general label...

However, I did go out a lot when I was in my early 20's but my Pisces friends were right there dancing their hearts out with me. lol 🙂
