I'm looking for ways to get my feet wet in the investing game. I'm not looking for equity or liquid "worth" like real estate, but monthly cash flow. I have some ideas for a multi-family home venture I'll be looking into in the future but outside of that, I'm not sure where to turn. It will take awhile before I can get this multi-family home plan in motion but I don't want to waste that much time waiting when I could be acquiring assets. Outside of selling products I can generate myself like books and various products, I'm stumped as to where to turn.
In short: -What are some options for investing(monthly cash flow) that have minimal moving pieces? -Are there any solid investing courses I can take? -Any tips involving land lordship?
you shouldn't be worrying how much green you can stack(technically) but be worrying about what you should be spending it on I.E. stockpiling food and water
