Older Gemini Man ...just asked me to Marry Him?

I have only known him for 3 months mainly professional and now he just told me that was not in love with me...but he cared deeply and would do any for me..and he has! He told me that I would want for nothing and that he was ready and has been single for twenty years> I told him that I would have to think about this and he told me that if I can grow to love him that would be enough!

He is obviously quite smitten..and I really like him..he is fine with being friends and growing...he seems really serious about keeping me in his life!
