Shy Gems?
I have the same placements, except rising is in leo and moon is in cancer.... And , I'm a woman...
I am incredibly shy. I will not approach anyone till they approach me first. It's not ideal, but it works for me. Also, I will not make the first move... I will wait till it's apparent that they are interested. Or, they make the first move... lol!
It has been said of gems that we will act differently around those we have interest in. We like to be nice and ppl mistake our niceness for flirting.... it's usually the ones we don't act that way towards we normally have an interest in. In other words, we will still be nice, but it won't seem like flirting.

Nah, tbh, I love all the Gemini peeps here, even those with Gemini placement in them, they are all cool af.

So I got to work with him recently and I am even more confused. Maybe he is not that shy after all. He iniated almost all of our conversation. Threw a few compliment there with respect to my work. On a few occasion. Constantly asked me if he could help me, (maybe it is because I am not as familiar with the department) and asked if I was ok. He brought up comments I made earlier in the shift later on to make conversation and few other thing that made me realized he was listening. Lets just say the gemini in him was very apparent.

He: Gem sun (arguably cancer cusp depending on source), pisces moon, mercury cancer, venus gemini, mars cancer, ascending not sure, however comes of very nice and sweet everyone says that about him.
Me: cancer sun, leo moon, mercury cancer, venus virgo, mars cancer. My ascending is Sag.
So whenever it concers work he helps a lot, but does it for many hence the sweet heart label he gets. However once in a while he will say something sweet especially when i am on a floor I dislike I guess it is written on my face, but he will tell me he is sorry I am on that floor (we work different shifts so he leaves when I come in, and like me he floats) or if I am koved from the floor that i go on the most after the sart of the shift he shows concern. I never thought much of his concerns because again he is sweet to everyone. Until I caugh him shifting his gaze from me when I looked in his direction on multiple occassions.
Other times he seemed to be hiding from me in that he will stand in an area where my line of sight is obstructed to finish his paper work. I have hidden from guys too when I don't feel at my best so I am not sure how to read that. We once had an exchange where he me a question when I walked in at the start of work and he was finishing up his work when i answered him and then paused and realized I could have made additional comments to keep the conversation going so I made a joke, except he went "oh ok" talk about crashing and burning I felt stupid afterwards this is why I claim up around guys.
Everytime I see him nowadays he gives me the most excited hellos and his face lights up. But that is the end of it. I thinking he is shy and I pick that up about him now. He is much more out going with others.
I am also shy so this makes it hard for me I am assuming this is our mars at work. Because one of my co workers is also a cancer with leo moon like me she is always landing a helping hand however has no patience and is much more outspoken than I and does not listen well.
