Ooh long distance... that's rough. Maybe just alter your expectations since you don't have a traditionally average marriage. You can't expect to have the same relationship as those that live together daily. He is part of a whole other world that you are not and that may be where the disconnect comes from.

My biggest problem is feeling secure in the relationship. We are long distance as well because he's in the military so it's hard to trust and communicating is difficult, he will one day text or call me and be very attentive,enjoyable and express himself then the next day I can see he's online talking to friends and family but hasn't intitiated conversation with me that day so I end of initiating convo after I've waited the whole day but he doesn't seem as eager to talk.
