I just recently purchased a Temu version of a Fitbit with the main focus on tracking my sleep patterns (they're virtually nonexostant) & ending up in the hospital last year with atrial fibrillation & blood preassure 180/90+ & the heart surgeon wanting to put a stint, I become highly conscious of my blood preassure so this thing is monitoring that as well. It seems to be pretty accurate with the exception of the steps count though not too terribly so. Personally, I could live without it, but it does give me a bigger picture as to my patterns & things I need to work on... specifically my sleep.

I've always used Garmin. They make a really nice smart scale that can sync with the watch, which makes fitness tracking much more accurate. It also can sync with myfitnesspal, which is an app that tracks meals, calories, and nutrients. When all synced together it can accurately break down your health, calories, weight, and fitness like an actual fitness assistant. I also like lots of the challenges the Garmin app has. You can sign up for different things like walking, running, steps, and tons of other workouts then compete with other people using the app. There are also personal challenges you can do, along with getting badges for beating personal records. Overall it has helped me a huge amount, and also is pretty fun too.

Haven't had it long enough to notice any significant change per se, but I will say, eventhough I've always been aware of my lack of sleep, seeing it translated into numbers does really make me more conscious of it & tehrefore strive to have it improved.
