I'm almost embarrassed to say, but I average about a gallon a day. Yes, I'm living up to my start sign... chut up errebody!

Forms of my activity vary but I'm pretty much on my feet all day long. I have successfully annoyed plenty a person with my inability to sit still for more than 10 mins. I do try to get as much walking as possible as often as possible...anywhere between 7-8k steps per walk.

And weights every other day. About 45min to 1h if I'm in a mood for it.

I haven’t measured, but about 1-2 liters a day (give or take).

Workout: 1-1.5 hrs a day

Walk: 30-3hrs a day

Stretch or yoga: 15-20mins a day

If it’s that time of the month, I don’t workout, I just stretch and walk.

Walking is really good for you! If you work out on top of that *and* you do yoga you're doing a lot of physical activity which is really really good. Just make sure you're drinking enough water to stay hydrated (I dunno if 1-2L is enough for you; I'm not a health professional by any means and just made this thread out of curiosity and boredom).

Same, I drink a gallon per day too! Just have to make sure to get enough sodium so that water doesn't flush vital nutrients out of your body too. That's definitely something I have to work on because growing up I didn't have much salt in my diet lol so I tend not to consume a lot of salt unless I consciously add it on or eat saltier foods (like beef jerky for example I guess).

Like soul only except i slam a few Pepsi zero's and beer has water in it too so if we calculate how much of that stuff I drink per day it should add up to around a few gallons. This is why everytime I step on my scale my water intake is incredibly low. Though I haven't stepped on any of my scales in a very long time. I'm trying to up my water intake but it seem I only drink water only when I'm thirsty for it but I have been drinking a lot of water as of late just don't know exactly how much in terms of liters, pints, gallons etc

2 liters when active, heavy labor in the sun for hours.

About 2 water bottles when not active.

I find most people drink more water than necessary. The recommended daily water intake includes any water, water in the food itself.

Do you know if there's a way to measure water amounts in foods lol

Yeah all it takes is to measure your water for food in a measuring cup. For instance let's say you making a big pot of spaghetti. You would measure around let's say about 10 cups of water (about 80 ounces of water) then that's the amount of water you'll consume in that particular food. The FDA requires everybody to drink about 70 to 72 ounces of water per day for healthy adults and try not exceed pass that. Even though food has water in them you still need to drink pure water everyday. Now imagine if I was to drink as much water as I do sodas and beer? I'll let you decide how that's gonna play out in the end.

Make sure it's iodinized salt! We, particularly here is the US, consume nowhere near enough iodide through our diet. As far as general salt consumption goes, I'm the opposite. It's like, I'll have some food with that salt. 🤦‍♀️

No lol. I just guess. obviously things like soup have a lot of water but also foods like salads with a lot of vegetables have more water than like a steak.
