What's your go to, or what have you found to help with something you may have suffered from? Any interesting ones you've heard of?

I started drinking tea I'm making from Loquat leaves today. It's got an array of health benefits, vitamins, minerals and is full of antioxidants. Suppresses cancer, has a natural anti hestimine effect, anti inflammatory, great for its anti aging properties, skin, brain, bone and hair health. Diabetes, liver and probably a host of other benefits.

I've only just started making it today so I'm not sure if it will do anything. I'll try to remember to post an update if i notice anything.

Shoot raw garlic. cut it up and shoot it within 15 minutes. water+ honey will do it, then eat something.

I try to eat a lot of Rosemary. A friend of mine bought every herb encyclopedia edition each year since 2003 and the herb which came up most for nearly every ailment was rosemary (and garlic 😉 ).

Sunday roast with garlic and rosemary sounds good to me! I think rosemary in large doses is toxic though. I don't know how much is too much though.

I have a lot of

Cinnamon

Turmeric

Variety of seaweed and sea moss powder

1 lemons juice in 32 oz of water every day

Love essential oils and have a wide variety

I would like to get into herbs more. I am going to a Native American sweat lodge soon and I have been looking at the host's baskets of herb goodies to burn on the rocks and what she ingests. I am deeply intrigued and feel a natural urge to learn about it all

My mum mixes a whole heap of herbs to burn. I'm not sure what everything in it is but there's frankincense and myrrh, white sage, cardamom, cinnamon and a whole heap of other stuff. It's interesting. I don't know what all of them are for but cardamom is the love one.

I swear by echinacea when you feel like you are going to get sick. The herb encourages the immune system and reduces many of the symptoms of colds, flu and some other illnesses, infections, and conditions.

I have Echinacea with garlic, zinc and vitamin C. It's awesome for colds.

Didn't have any issues, but, some of the stuff i use.....garlic, apple vinegar, pumpkin seed oil, real green tea sweetened with honey...

idk, a lot of this stuff i go out of my way to get from a good source.....the oil is from butique production from a peasant 200km away, 20€/liter bottle when regular oil is 2€/2 liters lol, apple cider is some ancient recipe from a monastery, green tea isn't the one in teabags from Lipton's or w/e but either Althaus brand or i buy a bagful from an employee at the local Japanese embassy who gets it straight from Japan.....

I replaced white bread with darker one, either sprinkled with various seeds over the crust or onion bread so that gut fauna doesn't go crazy over time etc etc, i only eat potatoes in a restaurant, i tend to avoid pasta, even if it's brown.

A lot of these don't appear to have any immediate effects, but overtime and with regular intake i'd say it all boosts your immunity, resilience etc etc
