I've been recently looking into it...participated once when I was much younger and didn't quite grasp the concept...but then I wouldn't have back then! Haha....pros? Any cons? I am always accused of smiling too much, I work to much and hit the gym 5 days a week...anything positive I am 100% for...getting ready to sign on the dotted line...any tips?

People underestimate the power of meditation

It may not change life's issues or cause weight loss, BUT it def. clears the mind

And half of being/getting healthy starts with each person's mind & inner conscious. And that's where meditation comes in.

It calms your inner psyche. It relaxes your body. It releases tension in your physical psyche & in your psychological psyche. It gives your body a "break."

I don't even think there are any "cons." There's absolutely nothing to lose by meditating. Sure maybe you're late for work or leave food burning on the stove while meditating but that's about it!
