You have to remove threats and uncertainties in your life. For threats, maneuver yourself to avoid them. For uncertainties, confront them till they are certain. Avoid fight triggers and fight flight triggers. It doesn't take long to feel better. Most of the time people fight against threats and run away from flight triggers which prolongs their agony.
thank you
I keep reading this.
I will do my best with this

For last year high stress n have high cortisolGained weight around tummy.
I can’t control that workload so
My mentality changed n I’m fuck it mode
Lost a bit in two weeks doing macro counting but
I know stress is no good for me
I'm really sorry.
what do you do to ease stress?
I thought I could just work work work but I can't.
There are so many things now influencing stress
Now I feel sleepy even with full rest and I've been
feeling down lately. I'm typing this with earplugs
because sound is way too much for me today.
1) eliminate or reduce screen time from 8pm to 8am (turn off the blue light on your phone or try a blue blocking screen or glasses).
2) keep a strict sleep schedule, in bed by 11pm, no exceptions, and try to wake up around 7-8. If your work schedule starts earlier, then bed no later than 10:30. Sleep in complete darkness and silence; use earplugs and an eye mask if necessary.
3) find a good herbal adrenal blend that contains several adaptagens like Ashwaghanda or Rhodiola. Gaia brand Adrenal Support is a good one.
4) Take quiet time for reflection and or meditation daily. Take a slow walk in nature or go someplace quiet.
5) Reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, try carb-cycling (lowest amount in the morning, a little more at lunch, and the most with dinner but not too much or you'll gain weight).
There's also an adrenal drink you can make at home to drink at 10am and 2pm called the adrenal cocktail. You can Google the recipe.
