Confusing Leo Man. Any advice?

I have this Leo man who I’ve known for three years now. We casually dated for two years, and then both of us had significant life changes (he moved to a different state) and we did not see each other for a year. Still kept in contact over Facebook though.

By some strange act of fate we now found ourselves in the same place again (I ended up getting a job in the same city he’s in).

Over the past month he’s been messaging me saying how excited he is that I’m in the same city as him, and how he really wants to see me. We’ve been pretty flirty with each other messaging, but every time I try to set up an actual face to face meeting with him, he never responds! He’ll agree to meet, but will never commit to a time.

I haven’t reached out to him since the last time this happened, as I thought he might not actually want to see me. But, he keeps saying he does. And any time I post something on Facebook or Instagram he is always the first person to like it. I had a bunch of FB notifications the other day, all from him liking and commenting on my posts.

So.. he seems interested, but I just don’t understand why he won’t actually see me. All I'm asking is if he wants to get a cup of coffee. :p

Any insight?

I'm a Capricorn BTW. Both Leo and I share a moon sign of Pisces.

Same question I presented myself with. I think he's got a SO. He's afraid to lose his SO or maybe she's the jealous type (same diff with not wanting to lose her). He's got to grows balls and tell his SO you (postee) are just friends....

I've also questioned whether or not he's in a relationship. Nothing on his social media suggests he is in one, but that doesn't mean anything.

I've been debating whether or not I want to reach out to him again, but I don't think I will. :/

I think your doing too much.

If he really is so excited that your within reach he can easily prove it by asking you out. Let him back up his words and take you out for that meal.

also if he comes to you trying to message you out the blue, let him know you read it, and then ignore him, hell block him If you have to, unfriend him.

It is so bizarre to me that we both ended up getting jobs in the same city within a year of each other. He actually encouraged me to apply for the position, and I did not thinking I would seriously get it.

It feels like the universe wants us together for some reason… I just don’t know what that reason is.
