Can Patience Be Regained?

Hey Ya'll It's Dreamy-Eyez,

I just have a simple question for you all. Can patience be regained? Eversince I got out of the military, I find that I'm anxious and impatient which are the opposite of how I use to be. What do you got for me?

i guess yoga is pretty effective for patience,also try some meditation,pray,it helps when you feel uncertain about something.

Thank you for the feedback, because Yes, I think I'm still in that soldier mentality to where everything has to be done in a hustle. Depth Charge, I thought it was cool of the statement you said about taking on Job. As for a Virgo, I think I'll pass on that one. I knew a Virgo once in my past and he was a self-righteous, two-faced, shady, pathological liar who stole from his mother. I cannot believe that I ever thought he was my friend because in the end he screwed me out of $ 1200.00. Archer (hugs), even though you're all the way in France, it's kinda like in spirit you're not at all far away. Notso07, it's good to meet you. I think this is the 2nd post I've crossed paths with you. Devil's_the_name? That's a cool screen name. It's good to meet you too. I like your humor style . I hope to hear more from you. Solitas777 and Freebird, How are you doing? like I said, I still do have that military mentality and I wish I could just relax a bit and return to being patient like the way I use to be. I'm working on it.

The good news for you is - you are a "work in progress" as we all are. I don't know 'bout the rest here but I simply am amazed and in wonder of how I come to a point of awareness regarding myself and then the journey begins for evolvement - I enjoy this whole "process" thing of self discovery.

You know what "they" say - once you become AWARE of something.....will the change begin. In your case, you are aware of your lack of patience which will now allow for you to make new choices for change. How much better can it get? Soooo get on creating your bad self DE and have fun doing it! 😉 Why not? You are the Master of your Destiny!
