Hibernation Challange 2016

Came home from work 5 PM. Had a snack, went to bed by 7PM to "rest my eyes".

Woke up sometime in the middle of the night, didn't even check what time it was cuz "Married with Children" was on TV. Means it was between 2 and 5AM. Emptied bladder, continued sleeping until 7AM. 12 hrs of sleep > still came in late for work !

Anyone else hibernate hard this time of year?

warm blankets are nap assassins in the cold of autumn. I sleep very well for longer during this time because of the decreased time the sun is out. not quite so eager to rise in the mornings... colder start and all. but I do love it. I just enjoy changing seasons...

Let's face it: We're children of summer.

Cold, rainy, dreary weather makes us want to ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
