Well it's only been one date, so don't get too excited that the Leo didn't jump your bones just yet. This is barely "restraint" on the Leo's part (or any guy for that matter). It IS a good sign that he kissed you back though. It shows he is confident enough to kiss you on the lips instead of the cheek.
