Chuckcem: You're right i got played before and i was very worried he's doing the same, i admit i made a big deal about it out of fear because i liked him instantly. I am normally in control of my emotions, but when we texted for 2 weeks without him flirting or asking me out i started to get anxious that he might be playing me or being polite answering my texts and not interested since i know leos move fast when they want something and he seems very slow and not making an effort to see me. Thank you lotsss for your input,it sure helped me 🙂

The Leo has been "hot and cold" for probably a few reasons. First he barely knows you, so he probably didn't want to come off too strong. Additionally he may have been busy or focused on other things. Furthermore, Leos aren't big texters. We'll text back people we like and may initiate from time to time, but not always. We like in person conversations and, barring that, phone calls. We don't want to sit around typing away on our phones all day when we could see/hear you instead.
If you're going to go for a Leo, then you'll need to exude more confidence. Acting cold toward a Leo simply over a text conversation (or lack thereof) will just make you look insecure. Realize that it's only your fear of possible rejection (by a complete stranger) that is creating unnecessary problems in this connection. So stop it.
Fortunately the Leo is trying to initiate a connection with you (and has been this whole time), you've just been too preoccupied overthinking to notice. Stop worrying about whether or not he's texting you and focus on the fact that he not only has been trying to see you at your job, but he's also just tried ASKING YOU OUT. What more do you want?
