Leos and Honesty?

So I read up that Leos like compliments. It adds to their ego and reaffirms their beliefs. But going by how Fire signs are. They like honesty and like being honest. So in terms of the Leo's ego. How would a Leo feel in terms of if someone gave them an honest compliment like if they asked "Do these jeans make me look fat?" And you say yes, they do make you look fat. Does it add to their ego if you were being honest? Or does it bring it down when you told the truth and it wasn't exactly what they wanted to hear?

Anytime a chick asks you certain questions related to their weight, whether or not you think her friend is cute, who would you save first from a burning building- etc

You being retarded by not responding to the trap questions with the proper answers

Questions like those have a prefixed- set-answer-

you answer outside of that prefix- it's done- Drama- much of it ahead.

They are essentially setting you up.

This applies for all genders- I'd save my cat first from a burning building- but do you think my man knows that? Fuk no. Hellllla no.

You get asked those questions- you turn your mind on autopilot- revert to your baseline.

Some good standards:

"Baby, you look amazing in anything"

"Baby, you know you come first"

and my personal favorite-

If I ask for your opinion I want an honest answer yesh, I don't ask stupid things like - do these jeans make me look fat... I know whether I've gained a few pounds and I know if my pants are too tight, I certainly don't care if somebody is affected by how I look.

I'm more likely to ask - how can I get this bill paid economically, any tips? or what works for you, should we drive or would it be easier if we take public transport... do you have a bus schedule?

Honesty at all costs is not worth hurting someone's feelings.

Now taking your example of a girl asking you how she looks in her new jeans...

If she looks good, feel free to tell her so.

If she looks bad, tell her something to the effect of "Oh those pants you were wearing the other day were much more flattering on your figure".

In this way, she'll get the picture without being hurt or embarassed.

This tactic is good to use on ALL women...not just Leos...which woman on this earth wants to hear that she looks fat for goodness sakes?! We're not living in the days of Ruebens...

I chose honesty rather than having compliments just to dodge the bullet of reality. Plus if you give me your honest opinion then I will respect you more because yku had the guts to do that.

When you're honest with us and us think it may offend... Follow up with a compliment ?..... It balances the response from us out.. Always follow up with a compliment .... Leo sun and rising here... We will appreciate both believe it or not

I agree with this! I believe most leos would rather hear "You ass looked hot in those jeans yesterday" than the previous comment.

It's not that leos like to be lied to (no one does) but leos fragile ego might be a little hurt. Don't forget although we appear strong and brave on the outside we are deeply sensitive on the inside!

To me it's a matter of intention, which you can tell by the delivery.

Being hurtful as a result of being honest & being honest as a disguise for deliberate cruelty are two seperate things.
