I can't seem to find the comfort in telling myself that:
He WOULD NOT be doing something that he doesn't want to even if it is to please me.
I have a complex - I don't want anything from a man that he doesn't want to freely give be it his time, affection, attention, body, money, or his sex. I don't want him doing something that he REALLY could do without! I know *I* wouldn't.
I am getting what I want and I should be content, right? I am not.
I AM working on my fault-finding ways but I can't stop thinking about it even 1.5 years later. When I mention this to him he gets a little annoyed with me and tells me he's been over it and I should do the same.

Look at it from this point of view. Maybe he didnt like doing it before he met you but knowing that it meant so much to you he was willing to do it FOR you. Yes, that should make it okay, but obviously based on your posts, it hasnt quite done the trick. So, try this... maybe he didnt really enjoy it prior, but maybe he really does given that it is you and he cares for you. If he says he's over it... then he probably is! So just enjoy it and forget about it girl!!

You are right, LeoLady because you are being sensible & logical about it.
But here's me - I'm emotional because I want him to want to do it. I want his tongue to get on hard just thinking about licking me - and because I KNOW that it's something he COULD forego - I have an issue. Understood LR36... some guys are a bit too eager to do that thinking they are gonna get more and honestly... I dont normally let a guy lick the twatbisquit (ha... There is a restaurant named "The Pink Taco" they are in California, and they had one in Arizona, but I think it may have closed (I heard it did). Anyway, when they were going to open up in AZ, there was a big bru haa haa because of the name. Initially no one even got what it was supposed to mean, and then all these people got bent out of shape and wanted to ban them having the restaurant. Truly, some people don't have enough to do with their lives. Just like when this Hooters was going into this one neighborhood in AZ, all these mother's were in an uproar that their poor darlings were going to be tainted by Hooters. I was like, "Ummm, yeah, if you take your kids to the beach/swim park, etc they have seen far worse than they would EVAH' see at a Hooters." I mean really! They parent. Plain and simple. They don't let society or outsiders dictate how they are going to discipline their children, etc, and all of their kids are well-adjusted, respectful and obedient. I'm not saying it's easy, because I've been there when some are being disciplined, but they don't play. They want their kids to be the exception, not the norm. I applaud them.

You know, my Mom didn't play with me either (I can count on 1 hand w/fingers left over the spankings that my Mom ever gave me. All she had to do was LOOK at me and it put raw fear in my whole body).
