I did mean to add this:
I've always felt an unevenness of self with the two elements and balancing them. Constant burning wildfire heart then out of hand burning flames, then inner Scorpio comes along and suffocates the fire for relief, but soon there is no more warmth or life. Just washed away like nothing ever existed - takes awhile to build strength in the fire again.
Continuing cycle.
Do you feel that? I think with Leo Suns it's tenfold with the Scorpion Moon pull (especially with being female).

Definitely yes, on the continuing cycle, but my fire has flared-out in temper, in the past. It took unpleasant experiences to learn that the one who loses when I lose my temper, is me! Though I haven't been able to apply astrology to the landscape of my inner-self until recently, when I did things clicked rapidly, it's been immensely satisfying.
I believe I've achieved quite a bit of balance and find I can endure a lot of pressure and remain focused, for this I now understand I have my Scorpio elements to thank for that. *Lioness nods respectfully Scorpland-ward*click to expand
Oh my oh my! Only within the past 2 years I've felt in control of my temper. Well, to where there is no physical destruction at least. I find I get what I want less but I don't feel like a fool explaining my actions to others. It's a tightrope lesson.

Hah, but really I'm pretty stubborn but I don't make decisions that deserve to be flaky with. I'd say grounded. I've always felt like a ship with a long chained anchor. I'll explore until I'm just to where I'm about to go off the edge of reality but something always grounds me sane lmao.

For the most part, I've always felt a little too 'aware' of my social environment - which I've read many times with Leo Rising. This is sometimes beneficial since my Moon helps process and analyze with 'gut feelings' as your cue (I may have phrased that odd, but as a Scorp. moon does that make sense?) and with the Leo it's basically instantaneously channeled into a reaction fueling more social awareness/conversation/seeing situations play between people non verbally.
But sometimes it's horrific. Sometimes I forget to put on my poker face and my instant reaction or thought is read.
I'm easier to approach, I've found. I seem easygoing. I'd say I don't feel understood because I choose not to be, or know ultimately I'm not. However, others think they know me better than they do. I tend to forget about my real thoughts until no distraction is available or 'working'.
