two lions too much?

i've been dating a leo guy now for about a month now..and so far it's been alot of fun. generally what i've heard about leo/leo relationships is negative..such as two large egos just don't mix. but i feel like it's going well..sure sometimes it's a battle for dominance (but in a fun way) and sometimes when we're with friends they don't know whether to turn right or left..focus on me or him because there's so much energy. i'm okay with stepping down when necissary though...i'm not entirely a spot light hog. so you think there's any chance? or am i doomed?

what's your take?

The thing that bothers me is that Leo guys (at least my age) are not really willing to talk about problems in relationships...they just kind of ignore them and expect things to improve without discussing anything...and if you try to bring it up, they gloss it over...I don't really know why...maybe so no one has to reveal their "dark side". Sometimes that's necessary though to really understand a partner.

Personally, I think a Leo-Leo relationship actually has potential to be amazing for both people. Especially if one of the Leos is willing to back down in the power struggles or if the two can compromise about it (which, yes, is possible 😛). Leos tend to show plenty of affection to people they love and are direct with their feelings, so neither will have to wonder about how the other feels. In bed...aaah. Two Leos can give each other what they want/need.

Good luck with the combination. When it's good, it's wonderful. When it's bad, it's bloody awful. When it's good, you'll forget how bad the bad times were. When you're ready to walk away (if you ever do), your spirit will probably be crushed and it will be hard for you to reconcile how something that at times seemed so great could have been so bad for you.

You're only a month in so like in any relationship, it's going to seem wonderful for quite awhile. And perhaps there are other astrological and sociological influences that will dictate the outcome of your relationship. There are some on this board that have witnessed successful Leo relationships so hopefully, yours will be one of them.
