My life lately has been a whole series of ups and downs one after the other. The last three were my car accident, which was merely a bumper bump in a parking lot that cost me almost $ 800, then I had a comedy show that went well and I made over $ 100, and then I just got a speeding ticket tonight for 88 in a 65. At least I have a part time job now, but I'm still going to have to have my parents pay for this right now which is depressing. Any other leos with bigger ups and downs to make me feel better? I know mine aren't really anything to complain about compared to what some people go through with DUIs and what not, but it's still frustrating.
Ups and downs
Oh My Choco...I'm sorry to hear about your DUI.
Just yesterday my best friend called me saying he was in jail.
To make a long story short, he was home relaxing and took an Ambien before bed.
The next thing he knows he is being arrested and slammed up against a cop car.
He got up in the middle of night while he was still sleeping on ambien, got dressed, went to a bar, got into an accident and started walking home and was arrested for Public intoxication and Resisting arrest (he is not that type of guy)....he remembers NOTHING. Bail is $ 2000, his car is totaled and he has no job, his family disowns him after coming out of the closet so he has no family.
Anyway, yes, choco, you are right, things can be worse so banini you are lucky to have family support. Things will look up soon.
