Your probably right.....we havent known each other too long, but I like to move things along. BUT he is sooo intriguing...and mysterious.. omg I just wish he would up more and faster. Its like he pulls me in inch by inch. I dont want to loose interest......

my leo liked to tease as well. drove me insane and i loved every minute of it.
He will eventually initiate when the moment is right. Leos have the tendency to be quite passive till they believe that initiation won't be rejected. We won't do things that have potential to fail so maybe you should do some subtle initiation to suggest interest?
Plus alot of leo guys I know are not good at picking up on small hints and are not the biggest flirts, they need quite direct hints sometimes but not too overwhelming.

Just give it a little bit more time. When he sees the moment is right, he will take action. Action that is likely to be more powerfull than you had anticipated. Action that is likely to blow your mind. I think your in for a big surprise. In a good GOOD way. lol. Take it from me, I"m a Leo/Virgo. He's just waiting for the moment. It'll happen just have some patience. You like that mysterious quality? Good, latch onto that, cuz it only gets better.
