I think balance in the bedroom as far as arousal goes has more to do with being fifty-fifty between the two people involved. For example, if you give one part of their body a lot of attention so that that one area is aroused, they aren't really thinking "ok, this part needs to be aroused as well for it to balance out", rather, now I need to arouse YOU so that we can both be in balance. There is a lot of push-pull regarding romance involved with a libra. If a girl is doing all of the arousing I will turn the momentum around and start working on her, and vice versa.
