If you were to consider what is 'typical' then a Libra man might find the Gemini woman - way too frenzied - it would upset his sense of 'balance' it would upset his 'scales' not that the Libra man cannot be manipulative - becoz Libra is like (Yes Like) Gemini in that both these two are extraordinarily manipulative, in this line a Gemini woman might find a Libra man (if he is typical of his sun sign) too "indecisive". Remember that Gemini is more similar to Aries within this respect - Gemini like Aries is extraordinarily spontaneous, Libra is not 'typically' like this. But then this vibration is very close a Gemini would find Libra "indecesion" annoying and there actucally is a strong manipulative element within Libra 'indecesion' - Gemini might just retaliate against Libra "indecesion" becoz what is 'indecisive' has a manipulative component inherent within it - try this "if I cannot get it my way them I am going to charm you into getting it my way" this is nothing but an ordinary Libra sentiment - what Libra needs Libra gets so to speak - doesn't work 100% with Geminis but this can work with other signs. If the Gemini woman in consideration is rather typical - the 'frenzied type' so to speak then the Cardinal Libra vibration will naturally step in and to create 'order out of disorder' obviously a natural Libra proclivity.
