That's great!
I have things to look forward to but stuck in a rut for the time being...waiting, that is the worst part. I know it's going to get better but it is starting to feel like forever! Beauty is there is a light at the end of the tunnel but I must admit, I'm bordering feeling depressed but fighting it!
Problem is i have sooooo much time on my own atm, too much time to think about everything. I haven't enough things and people to fill my days and shopping is out of the question!! lol retail therapy would help heaps but can't do it.
I live in Australia Tiz...now if I was living in NZ in the cold over there I would certainly be depressed already. At least this beautiful country has the sun shining most days even in the dead of winter...that is a positive I can look forward to. Waking up and feeling the sun on my face 🙂
How and what do you do to keep your head above water when your not feeling so great. My heads spinning, millions of unwanted thoughts and I'm trying to turn it all off but it's hard.

Feeling much more balanced
Glad to hear it, will be back there soon 🙂
No, atm I am working out 8 times a week, only have Sundays off and I'm considering going for a run on Sundays. That is the only thing keeping me sane, I'm focused on a body transformation. Lost 6 kilo's and just under 60 kilo's now 🙂 But I'm aiming for abs 😄 I'm going to get them if it's the last thing I do!!!
I'm a kiwi 🙂 Born in NZ and lived there most of my life, moved to Australia 6 years ago and absolutely love love love my adopted country. I consider myself a kwozzie 🙂

You know what would make you feel good? Take time to walk in nature and meditate. I never was much of a meditation person but I found out it shut my thoughts out pretty well in the end. I also did quantum k meditation that I found on YouTube. I think that worked in depth and really cleansed my thoughts and emotions inside out. You should try it!
I'll google it, I was googling re-train your brain today so I would learn to stop my thoughts when they start going down that dark road.
I haven`t been feeling the greatest, and it might sound dumb but I been practicing Mindfulness, so when I start thinking about things that i have no control over i count my breaths in and count them out until I feel relaxed, 4 mins typically...then I move onto doing something that needs to be done...Also I burn a lot of my frustration at the gym, this really helps me.
it was a stressful month but i tried to face it head on then be passive like i would do normally.... last night was lie celebration night after getting out of the funk... now it seems like im more relaxed.
Books was always my refuge..i feel happy displacing my imagination on a different place and time.
Books....never been a reader really. Have listen to the Quantum K and it is good. Today every time I had thoughts they quickly disappeared. I feel it is changing my mind set, I have listen to 1 & 2 over and over and over and drifted off to sleep as it was playing...
or just be batman!
I heart you leebs, *force hugs all*
I have been on this depression thing or unbalance for a while now. Is this something that we Libras are prone to? I know that I have basically cut everyone off and nothing that once gave me joy I want to do. I can't seem to right my scales these days and everything is so deeply emotional (some of that is hormonal as I am perimenopausal). But I am so tired of feeling down.

I've read a few Libra's are down and out at the moment? I can't tell what my moods are like because I have stresses going on that are probably adding to my roller coaster of emotions. But curious to know how all you other Leebs are feeling atm?
