it was too tacky at first but basically it describes 3 decans of libras and what planets rule them and add influence


first Decan: Sept. 23 - Oct 2 - ruling planet is venus(of course)and it is co ruled or slightly influenced by the moon since the moon is a reflection of our sun and the theme for that decan is judgement


Second Decan Oct. 3- Oct 12 - ruling planets are both Saturn and Uranus as they both rule aquarius and this is the aquarius decan and their ntheme for this decan is "Poise"


the Third Decan(my decan)Oct. 13 - Oct 22 - the ruling planet is Mercury and is influenced by jupiter. The theme for my decan is "independence"

First Decan: September 23 - October 2
The First Decan of Libra is also known as the Libra Decante and the "Week of the Perfectionist." This double Libra Decante ruled by Venus (Libra's governing Planet) strives to find a balance between diplomacy and compromise...between extreme factions and opposing parties. The ability to harmonize divergent tendencies and bring people together depends upon a subtle understanding of human nature and those governed by this Decan possess the kindliest of natures, albeit one that is highly oversensitive. This is me all the way. The good and the bad... everything from being an oversensitive, non-confrontational, peace loving wimp to being a diplomatic, perfectionist, fair/just, socialite. I've also been known to go all out for a loosing cause as well. Once I choose a side, I fight til the end.

yea i make friends easily, sometimes its just a small circle but i befrend peopl from all walks of life, simply b/c i dont reject people intially unless they anger me then i just leave them alone


i am easily nerved up i think my nerves are overly sensitive and excercise tends to free my mind b/c it can get jumbled up alot

So what about the other decans descriptions? Do you fit them as well?

I'm didn't disagree with anything in the description for first decan, but most of the stuff in the other two ring true for me as well. Some of them are "yes, but..." things but not many. Just curious if others see the same. If you didn't know which description was for which decan, would you be able to pick yours out?

2nd decan:
"can result in a true humanitarian"... nope.
"something of a rebellious character...one that balks against restrictions and places immense value on liberty and autonomy"... yes, but my tendency to avoid confrontation usually wins here. I'll bitch about stuff, but I generally follow the rules and don't cause too many waves. That doesn't mean I like it though.
"Driven more by logic and less by love-hunger"... I have fought this battle many times. In cases of heart vs. logic, the heart usually wins though.

3rd Decan
The only thing here that isn't dead on is "Wide interests and the ability to make friends quickly often leave doubt as to the sincerity of individuals born during this period". The wide interests part is true but I don't make friends quickly. It takes a while for me to let someone in to that point. I use the term "friend" easily in discussion, rather than saying 'this person I work with who's cool and we've hung out before' it's 'a friend from work'... but a true friend takes a long time.
Here's one of the 'yes, but...' things I mentioned - "There is an inherent tendency here for love of luxury" Yes, everyone likes nice things, but how far is this talking? To me luxury turns into gaudy pretty quickly.


I think I'd be able to pick out my decan (based on the descriptions presented here anyway) because even the things I don't like in the description are true. Not saying they're good or bad just things that I sometimes wish I could change.

ahh libraluv i am like that too, i hate asking for help i rather just figure it out myself. thats what kind f feeds my huner for a mental challenge too. I like to debate and argue just b/c i like to excercise my mind. Not argue like "fuck you yo dont know what you are talking about" but debtes where its kind of competitive and u see who gets their point across best

I think the debating thing is true for all Libras isn't it? I love a good debate and have taken an opposing stance and played devil's advocate just to keep one going.
