Libra man pursuing me then disappearing?

Broke and still leading me and said he still love me but dont know what he wants..blar blar..he has alot of gals still throwing themselves at him as he has his charm and good looking (he is a singer on his native country) hence explain he is nvr short of gals.
Well not really disappreaing. He has been pursuing me for about a year, has lots of girls on his end pining for him, but he's trying to keep them a secret from me: constantly trying to clear the air and say he's not interested in them, very jealous type, does not like other males approaching me, tried to mark his territory though nothing sexual ever happened between us except for small endearing gestures.
He has been pursuing for a year: taking me on trips, working with him (travels a lot), comes to my house everyday, confides with everything ( except women, he does not talk about ANY OTHER woman though he did at the beginning but not anymore) he's flirting, all that, then tells me he does not want a girlfriend right now (saying he is too very busy with his own new business, and university), but still keeps pursuing me. I never initiate because i do not want to seem like another lame fangirl to him. so can someone tell me whats up? any thoughts?
To me, if he wants to play mind game with me, fine, i tolerated and keep most of the things to myself (i am a cancer) lately, he questioned me why my attitude towards him changed..jackpot, i lashed out everything to him, telling him off all those silly behaviour of him. I even said it straight to him, if u are not happy with me, cut off this rs and return all my money (yeah, I supported him finacially due to some of his personel issues) i became extremely cold and selfish towards him reflecting what he did to me. He realised it and tried to make things up with me. I told him, don't play mind game with me if u are not even on the same par as me. I am not someone who allows another person to play me just like that.
My suggestion to you is, if u have no patient and wanted a stable and committed rs, they are plentiful man out there whom u have no meet yet. If the current libra man is destine for you, you both will be together eventually, otherwise, keep an eyes on another possible potential
