They could have a sun/moon opposition or a venus/moon opposition or both which could make life problematic for them. Libra Sun is codependent and care what others think while an Aries mooner doesn't give a #*@ $ what others think or need and I see a possibility for conflict here.

See this is what astrology says but I don't know any Libra suns who are co-dependent or care what others think. I have a ton of Libra in my chart and could care less about what other people do or think. I need tons of alone time. I can be cold as ice.
Aries Moon makes the person more like their Sun -- but a more impulsive/aggressive version. So a Libra Sun/Aries Moon would likely be less indecisive than the average Libra and more aggressive in trying to achieve whatever their definition of harmony is.
Throw in a Libra Venus (a quintessential "can't be single" placement) and this person is probably pretty aggressive in going after their love interest (but in a harmonious Libra way).
I'd guess they can be pretty argumentative once they're in a relationship. Libras like to argue and play devil's advocate -- this is often harmless but if you throw harsher placements like a blunt/impulsive Aries Moon, I'd guess it could be rough, unless they're highly evolved. What is his/her Mars sign?

We’ve had several work meetings and discussions (like 6 or 7) where there are around 10/15 people and she doesn’t say a word the whole time.
