So im curious as to all other librans on ethics. Its interesting to me that we are suppossedly have the "roving eye" in relationships. Ive never really been this way, once I committ im all in. What about everyone else? Im definitel a flirt but its basically all innocent when Im in a relationship, never goes past lighthearted fun.
Libran Ethics

You cannot help but look at some of the ladies you see each day. I do find that I am a "only have eyes for you" type though. I don't stare or gawk if I am in a relationship... especially if she is around. I don't think it's an ethical question though, it's a respect thing. The ethical part goes away for me because there is nothing inherently wrong with looking. Just because I am on a diet doesn't mean I can't look at the menu, catch my drift? That said, if we are out somewhere it would be very dickish of me to be oogling every hottie that strolls past. It's not just trying to keep peace either though. I truly have no real interest in anyone else. I take myself "out of the game" so to speak.
As for flirting... I always do that with no intention other than light hearted fun. I find it is much easier to talk/flirt when there are no expectations on my end. If I care what someone thinks I am reserved. Go in not caring and you can do anything.

As a Libran, we're interested in beauty. We love and appreciate aesthetics, so it's only natural we would give way to our "roving eye."
If I look upon a beautiful oak tree, a bubbling brook,or a dress in a window shop, it doesn't mean I want to leave the person I'm with to date those things! It simply means they apply to my admiration of beauty.
Outside the realm of harmless flirting (which we submit to in a petty and conversely innocent way to stroke our Libra pride), I believe Libras to be very loyal. If anything, I'd argue that many a Libran has been torn up internally just from entertaining the thought of being unfaithful.
At the end of the day, there's an acute distinction between being flirtatious and being deceitful.
