Libras: What to do about my Aquarius boyfriend who stands me and his family up?

I love my Aquarius sun, Capricorn moon, Mercury in Pisces and Venus in Aries baby. I am from Los Angeles just moved down south to the sticks. These men are pretty serious about marriage, and my southern baby speaks with the sexiest southern drawl. I am something else to deal with myself, and he seems to forgive me and we try and work things out. But he has a habit of standing people up; including family and close friends. It really hurts my feelings when he behaves so insensitively; but he has this rebellious Uranus issue with time. He seems adamant about being rebellious and unpredictable with showing up. After many complaints he explains " I am a country boy, I don't pay attention to time; I do it when i do it, I get there when I get there." He said "You can forget about changing me with time." Fine! All I ask is if he is not coming, that he texts or calls. He refuses so I am left waiting and hurt.

I have decided to show him how it feels to be stood up. It hurt like hell to treat him so poorly; but explanations, pleas, emotional appeals are not working. I stood him up, he had the nerves to be livid! He huffed and puffed texted, called, messenger, and wanted an explanation to my thoughtless behavior. I gave him a lame excuse like he does me, and proceeded as if nothing happened.

He did it again tonight.... I did it right back to him. It breaks my heart to do this to him but what else can I do to get my point across?
