Questions from Leo Girl about a Libra Guy (Long)

Hi, I am so happy I found this forum.. oh how I wish I found it 3 years ago when I first had this issue. To keep it brief. I am a Leo Girl with Cancer Venus& Moon Scorp Ascendant, and I met this Libra guy with Scorp Venus and Cap Moon about 3 years ago (its actually a little longer but after 3 years I just stopped counting). Anyways we have great chemistry, we hit it off great. Anyway one day my Libra guy and I just started talking about goals, plans, where we would like to be and then it hit me like a bolt of lightning, that I liked this guy, strange thing was I was getting vibes from him too. Soon after that we were inseparable we went to dinner 3 to 4 times a week, talked on the phone, and did anything to be in each other's presence, we were always touching each other flirting, we talked about opening a business together, etc - we were tight.

The thing is we had never even been on a real date, or gone into the non-friend zone. Everyone and I mean Everyone thought we were dating, but we never talked about it. I invited him over to my home for dinner a few times, but we just kept having those awkward moments where neither of us did anything so This kept happening over and over, so finally around his bday 2years ago, I took him out for dinner, and when he walked me to my car, I brought it up, and said something like "Have you ever thought about us..e.tc?" He looked confused at first, and the said he thought we were like brother and sister?" Of course I felt confused, and was like oh I am so embarassed.. he said don't be embarassed etc.

After that, we still did the same stuff but we were not as flirty with each other as we were before, but still good. Occasionally, I would bring up the topic again (in as subtle way that a Leo can) to get more clarity, and he would say let's talk later etc. We still hang out a lot and he pretty much includes me in a lot of his major life decisions as I do with him. We are moving forward with opening a business and are still very close friends. I just don't get it I still have a thing for this guy, and anytime I "give up" and try to distance myself he plants himself back in my life. I feel like I am in a circle.

I guess what I am asking is do Libra guys just flirt and then run when you express interest? I knw its three years later, but I want to but this subject to bed especially since we are getting in business together. How do Libra guys typically react when their female friends bring up latent feelings

LOL, yeah I probably should have.. I had more than a few opportunities..I was doing the whole let the guy lead thing..
