Relationships and saturn effect on libra

So the love story of my life has ended lately. I'm a libra and was involved with a cancer man. As a libra i stood by this man all the way long and when he was almost there he found out that he wants to hve a gf and keeps me. Which def. not the best situation for libra.
But i need to know as I'm so weak in plantery systems, if any relationships for libra found difficulties starting june and ended in july will have the permenant effect? As is this relationship totally over for a libra as it started when saturn entered libra 2009. And are new relationships for cancer are being tge one??
So what does the plantery system for relationships have for libra and cancer?

We have free will so it is up to you whether you want the relationship to end or not. He is clear on what he wants. Multiple sexual partners. If you are not happy with sharing him then he is not the man for you. Maybe this situation has been presented to you to challenge your ideas and force you to do some inner examination. Wn i met him 2 days ago he was so saaaaad before me. I asked him if he loves me but he said no and he does not love himself either. We hugged tight and left!
I cant figure out what he is doing!!

I know it's not what you want to hear, but you are actually fortunate that he knows he doesn't love you. That means he isn't stringing you along with a fake relationship. I suspect he is confused emotionally because of his gratitude for the help and support you have given him. He probably wants to love you but doesn't. Which is why he is wanting someone else in his life to fill the gap. It's not a good idea to rescue men - it reminds them of their mothers!
