Libras are sneaky, people pleasing fake flakes according to DXP consensus. Sadly, your best approach is to catch him off guard to hopefully get some sincerity out of him.

Next time you see him, start interacting with the intention of having him in a very relaxed state. When you feel his guard is down to a satisfying level, hit him with the 'I have a boyfriend' bomb just to watch his reaction. If dude looks quite disappointed, chances are he's attracted to you on more than a physical level. Follow with a "haha, just kidding" regardless of his reaction.

Ignore what I just said. Playing games with people can backfire.

OK so I have an update.. This Libra supervisor of mine.. We went out on a movie date. He was super sweet and fun all the time.. But he's asked me to keep it a secret at work (which is ok since I'm a true Cap). On that date, he opened up like never before. I saw the real him and quite liked it. He shared personal issues, family details, ex crushes, etc. It was nice to know him that way. One more thing he specifically asked me to come on the date without any makeup, which was a bit odd since I've read Leebs love good presentation.

He says crazy things like that he is my fan and I should always remember that and that he's crazy abt me but I don't (should) take him seriously.. Respects me and never cracks offensive jokes, unlike with others in the team.

I enjoy his company and am happy whenever he's around, and have seen myself get a tad bit territorial abt him... Hahaha..

But do you guys think there's any chance he is actually interested? Or is this some fun thing for Leebs?

how did the asking for date happen. did he directly ask, you asked? just curious how did he finally make the move.

Cappy,

People fall in love with us because of our charm; and then get seriously hurt by our abrupt disinterest.

Make him work for you - the less you are impressed by his charm the harder he will work to genuinely win your heart.

Also, before you lose it, you are unaware of the number of women he is currently " Asking on a movie date"so go slow, be grounded. Don't lose yourself, unfortunately we can be merciless heart-breakers if the chase is too easy.

I know you like him, but right now we don't know what he is after; try to date him for awhile before you give up the goods.

Just go slow, breathe, be realistic and smart.
