Why does my Libra friend keep talking about him?

I have a Libra friend who I'm trying to understand. Long story short, she majorly likes a guy and talks about him all the time, 24/7, even though she doesn't know if he likes her. She looks at every little detail he does and tries to "figure out" if he's into her, but most of the time it just sounds like she wants us to confirm that he's totally into her.

I can't really tell if he likes her as I don't know him, haven't seen them interact, and with her being so biased, I don't want to say he likes her when he might not based off the exhausting details she tells me. But she's been going on and on and on about this guy for the past four months until I told her to do something, like asking him out somewhere, so that she could deal with either amping up the relationship and moving forward or getting rejected and moving on.

But she refuses to do this!! She says she just gets scared, and I am getting super annoyed now. I feel like she's playing around, if not with him, then with me because I am thinking that if she really liked him she'd do something about it. I am starting to think our friendship is just based off her being able to talk about this guy and trying to get me to admit "Oh yeah, he totally has the hots for you. He wants you." I mean, is that what she wants? Should I just lie and do it?

Like, WTF.

Omfg. Please tell me why my Libra friend keeps talking about him while she won't even make a move?? Does she all just find this very amusing and is keeping it up for entertainment?

And just for perspective, I'm a Scorpio, a Scorpio getting slowly irritated by all this.

Because Libra never can do the first step ! She likes him, she wants him, but she will not do the first step in special she is girl also, behind she is a Libra...... She need you encourage her, push her to near the door ! or she have to give up if the guy do nothing ! She is girl, cannot exceed some limits, or she will be misunderstood by him. She can invite him to lunch , this is nothing so bad . Then she can talk to him, see how things go from there. But is not easy for a woman to do this things in special in western culture. In Asia can do it easy, but hard in Western culture where the woman must wait for the man to do the step 🙂

She probably loves the idea of someone desiring her. OMG someone wants to boink her! Squee moment for sure!

But does SHE like him enough to chase him? She doesn't know. Who knows when she'll figure out if she wants to go after him.

In the mean time, her shallow nature loves the attention of feeling desired. It's why she won't shut the hell up haha.

That said, I'm REALLY getting tired of the lame bitches who show up here. What the hell is going on in our society??

Although I'm a fan of the female being asked out, at least you could get them out and about together in a group setting which is ideal for Libra men.
