No quite, It seriously bothers me how twisted and perverse interpitations of the lilth placement are. It's not that simple, like any other placement it has a spectrum of expression.

This is coming from someone who studied all the interpitations out there, especially mythology.

I have come across many people how have lilth in there chart very strongly. I have interacted with them and felt it.

Similar to pluto, When that kind of energy is out of control shit gets bad. Yet when directed properly and in a healthy way it's a quite beautiful and powerful energy, again similar to pluto. Hmm on that note, it's like moon,pluto, and venus all in one. I'd call it a higher octane of fuel when expressed.

Someone with a strong aspect to personal planets will have that placement supercharged on every level. When negatively impacted, especially with something important to that person, you will have a strong response. Primal knee jerk reaction with someone who doesn't have much emotional control. Now what kind of response depends on that person. From what Ive studied and observed, lets use Leo for example. The darkside/low functioning behaviors of the Leo type will trigger the lilth person. While being equally draw strongly to positive expressions. It's honestly pretty interesting stuff to me.

Tho, People focus way to much on people who lose control and themselves in it. Depending on the theme(placements) and relationship that person has with that energy in thier chart, how it shows up in thier life and self can be anything.

What you mentioned is 12th house stuff or Pisces out of control and selfharming. Lilth is ment to be understood and incorporated by the person. Shown love and respect. When that doesn't happen with themselves with their personal theme you get self destructive behavior(which sounds like what you said). With others or I should say against others you can get scorn, cold shoulder, even some form of retribution.
