I read a post today that stated how one can learn to see auras. The post said you simply have to hold your hand up against a white background, such as a wall or piece of paper, and then focus on one finger. You'll start to see an outline and then a color or colors (should only take a minute or two). I tried this myself and I saw white-ish blue. However, I would assume that particular color would be expected since I was staring at a white background. That makes me a little skeptical about this method even though white could be an aura color. I'd like to hear about other peoples' results on this method.
What color(s) did you see?
For those who are able to see auras (meaning, those who are well aware of how to use their abilities), does this method work for you and/or does it seem like a viable way for anyone (including those without any awakened abilities) to see auras? Do you have any better techniques or advice to share with those who would like to attempt seeing auras?
