It's kind of weird though that with Trump, despite being a very polarizing President, a war with China is kinda unlikely. Or could it be? How's Trump's relationship with Xi Jinping?
This is worrisome because the Philippines is right next to China and is strategically-located being next to the Pacific Ocean. Our city, Legazpi, faces that vast ocean. It was one of the port cities first invaded by the Japanese during WWII.

well you know how nuclear war works, every strategic objective is targeted by between a dozen and a couple of nukes depending on their priority. The philipinnes being a US base right at the doorstep of china and russia, it will be a primary objective for all belligerents.

There's so much in-fighting in the US so maybe the war will start if Trump loses the 2020 elections. Trump should win then.

China is friends with Duterte. I doubt US will nuke the Philippines though, being a long-time ally, and US is not fond of nukes either.

Somebody said that these days are a politically-divisive time for the entire world, which she continues, is "terrifying."
Is she foreboding another "great war" to come? Or is this plainly due to social media where people can freely express their hate towards certain groups of people?
I have ticked in world history that the years of the Rabbit through Horse have been involved in both world wars (1915-18 for WWI and 1939-42 for WWII). Could 2023 be the start of the next great war? It could be around that year, earlier or later, things are somehow brewing in that direction.
I hope I'm wrong... I really hope I'm wrong...
