I don't really know what you mean by modern slavery.
Every normal human on earth is essentially a slave to the world powers. That's just how life functions efficiently. Humans work much like a hive of bees. I won't go into it deeply and feel most will get my point. Just as long as your people are somewhat happy, making money, can take care of their family, and have some time to be free and do what they want. If that's the case then working for your leaders and country as a whole to function better is fine.

There will always be hateful evil people, and the outcome of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Nothing will ever change that. Negative force lives in the humans as much as the positive ones do. The opposite of everything has to exist for anything to exist. This formula created the universe. This is why as long as there are humans there will be feelings of love and hate, good and evil.

I'm not certain.
I assume the demand for cheap goods and
services fuels a lot of it.
But I wonder if anyone, myself included, would
even begin to know what to do or how to start
combating something so huge.
I'm against all forms of slavery.
I'm completely open minded.
I would get offended easily if I was 100% sure someone had intended to offend me and I'm not just misinterpreting their words/actions.
