I do not much care whether I die tonight while I sleep, never wake up again or tomorrow or the day after that or a week from now or a month, a year, a decade, etc.
Has nothing to do with whether I have done things I want to do or not.
I simply do not care much. I have been this way as long as I have lived.
If I die and/then I die.

If it was just me, i'd be fine. As it is, i'm like scribble. Kids are a powerful motivator to stay alive.

There are plenty of things I want to accomplish in life, sure, call it passing time in this world trying to make the best of it before the big sleep. But I really dont see how it matters what we accomplish or do in life, we all have to go through the rectum of life in the end; the halls of a morgue.
So in a sense I'll never be ready to go, but on he other hand, I don't feel goals & accomplishments in life amount to anything at all when you look at the big picture. They are just a way of passing time. Like toys in a kindergarten. They are fun and stimulating. But I actually find it comforting that life has no meaning or purpose really, and that in the eyes of death, we're all the same, no matter what you have or haven't done in life.
I'm sorry, am I bringing everyone down this evening?

Yes.
There's a lot I'd still like to experience in life but if death came knocking on my door, I'd have no regrets.

I couldn't do the immortal thing, as odd as this sounds; I couldn't handle the alone part! I know such an odd thing for an Aqua to say!

Why are so many hung up on the idiology of youth and living forever? o.O
Most memorable words that I would cherish for as long as I live, came from my grandmother; "each wrinkle on my face represents a life experience and I ware them proudly!"

This reminds me of the quote. I grabbed a pile of dust, and holding it up, foolishly asked for as many birthdays as the grains of dust, I forgot to ask that they be years of youth.- Ovid. That would be something to consider. Capricorn

I must have issues that still need to be worked out. Could be the reason I cannot imagine this inevitable end.
There comes the time WE ALL need to go! Inevitable cycle, beautiful! 🙂

So a week before my mother died, she said that a man in a white suit with a briefcase came to her and said.. .My name is Gabriel and you have to come with me. She said she told him no I am not ready. She said he said ok I will be back and then he left. She died a week later.

She was heavily medicated at the end so perhaps you are right.
I still find it comforting to think I could ask for a little more time with my loved ones and the request be honored.

That's surprising to me as I want to live forever, there just are way too many things to do and a lifetime isn't enough.
How do you feel about this, mention your sign.
