2. Is a badass

3. Intelligent

The rest means nothing in the long run when everything boils down to actual happiness. Which my short list doesn't gautentee actual happiness. Nothing does.

I won't lie, that does get one more flirty moments with both women and men. Even if the men sporting the beard are as hipster and geeky as they come. A decent amount of women and men find it attractive, while others simply respect it.
