Cicadas

I thought they were gone... I swear I have one in my house making noise tonight! I like 'em, sure, and they like me, but come on... he's a noisy bugger!!!

I just wish I could find him! (and I would hold him and pet him and love him forever.... 😛)

Oh cicadas are so cool! I go outside and collect their shells off of trees. It's a big BUG PP.

they're very cool bugs... a couple years back I had one molt while attached to my finger.

Oh now that would be something to see. 🙂

VB: for 3 hrs I had him attached to me... really, really cool though! One of the most special moments in my life (good God, I am such a simpleton LOL).

Oh no lil, I think that's wicked cool. I am simple in that regard too. Nothing moves me like nature. And I think we should retain every ounce of childish wonder over things like that and never lose it. 🙂

I don't take the chance, if it "might" be a widow. But every other spider I leave be. And did you know a Daddy Long-Legs isn't really a true arachnid? 6 legs, not 8.

PP black widows have a distinctive hour glass on their back... the spider's you're KILLING are harmless!!!

and if a Daddy Long Leg had a mouth big enough and could bite us it's venom would kill us...

And I have a pet tarantula. He's so cute. Wanna pet him? 😛
