Almond Milk. :P

I just tried it last week and I'm freaking hooked. I've been drinking that thing like it was water. I think put crack cocaine or something to make it so addictive. 😛 I just didn't care if its $ 4.00 for a half a gallon, I just gotta have it. 😄

Actually, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk and Rice Milk are the ones I drink at the moment. I can't drink regular 1% milk until the fall. I can eat pizza but in small dosages. Yogurt doesn't bother me my nose and eyes too badly lol.

Almond milk on my cereal. Soy ( Vanilla or Chocolate ) to drink. The nog is good too, love that stuff! No moo milk.

Ive been thinking for a while of eliminating cow milk from my eating repertoire. So far everything I've read about other animal/vegetal milks leave me thinking that cow milk does have certain irreplaceable and benefitial components other milks cant provide. No, you're right cow milk does have certain benefits that you can't get from other milk/ milk substitutes unless they are added in. However, you can still get the nutrients from other sources if you do not want the cow's milk as part of your diet. The main issues with milk is the toxics that pass through and whether or not all of them are filtered out before they are shipped to supermarkets and other sellers. Much like human milk, what a cow eats passes through it's milk -- its the same for goats as well.

And deflates your tits too I should no, that soy milk gave me an A cup years ago lol!!!!!

my grandparents used to have a dairy farm many years ago and THAT was the best milk ever.

But I'm serious. Years ago, when I lost like a ton of weight or whatever, my gay uncle even took notice. He was like, "Honey, what happen to your tits?"

I was never really big but I was busty and I knew that if he took notice, than they had deflated :/ lol!!!! I lose weight the second time around, I still have a some chest BUT I didn't drink any of that damn soy milk this time either.

I read that soy milk is really bad for you; especially if you have thyroid probs like I do.....

So is soy milk and almond milk alike? Sorry I don't know my milk alternatives ha..
